Is this Uber driver in the wrong?

The passenger is at fault. When the driver indicates the ride is over, the passenger should exit the vehicle. Filming this and posting it is straight-up ignorant. Rideshare drivers are on the front lines, dealing with scumbags daily.

He is fine.

I would have lost it further and dragged her out by the hair and punted her phone to the dark side of the moon.

The passenger is 100% at fault if she knew her destination was the ER she should have requested that in the app then she just sat there and started filming the driver like that was going to change his mind dumb bitch

I’d want to know the legality of it before hand, but yeah that’d be my move after about the third demand to get the fuck out.
We can do this the easy way or the hard way you cunt.

I bet she was screaming and acting crazy, and then started recording and put on a facade that she was super calm.

Also, she didn't deny making him wait for her. People who knowingly make uber/lyft drivers wait are scum.

Not sure if this comment is accurate, but:

"Here is the full story. She falsely claimed it was a medical emergency, She took a long time to get into the Uber car on purpose. When she finally did get into the Uber car she was rude and condescending to him the whole journey then right at the end she cancelled her Uber car ride so he wouldn't get paid. At this point she pulled out her camera and started recording and playing dumb, all in an attempt to get him to hit her so she could sue. This was an attempt at fraud aimed at the guy. from Oop."
