I mix 45 grams of whey, 5 grams of glutamine and 5 grams of creatine with 2 cups of milk. I drink some throughout the day (it stays in the fridge), sometimes I take it as a whole before I go to bed. I like it that way, it's nice and simple. Am I doing something wrong? Is there any secret nutrition ritual that I am missing?
 
For creatine, you want to ingest it right away (generally with 30 minutees of mixing it with liquid) otherwise it will turn into creatinine which is useless. I haven't heard of any problems with the protein or glutamine though.

The only time glutamine is possibly useful is immediately post-workout. That's the only time your muscles are substantially depleted (given your diet is rich in protein).
 
I can't handle the protein seperation.

Mix and drink immediatly.
