Typically Australia, the US and Canada; According to Meltzer's reports and the pub reports on the UFC webstie Canada orders the most, then the US, Australia seems to order the third most, maybe 15% of the average PPV number as a rough guess; That's also based on Meltzer who listed around 15 of the top PPV cities mentioning 3 Australian cities on the list; The remaining international buys would be scattered and scarce so it all seems to correlate
Not much of a clue about Hopkins-Dawson but likely the usual ones mentioned already; I think Primtetime in the UK have snatched that one up for PPV as well; A lot of sport stations around the world are somewhat required to show boxing events simply as part of their sports package; It'll be billed as "big time boxing" or something like that
predicting international boxing PPVs would be a tough job; People would tend to think of the major PPV markets as the UK and the US when in reality the healthiest boxing markets would be eastern/central Europe, the Philippines, Germany, and numerous Latin American countries; If they have ever managed to get a country with a strong boxing following and switch it to PPV for certain fights I see no reason why they couldn't get decent numbers out of them; It would also strongly depend on the time of night the fight is on in each country; There's also the changing factor of promoters who would put the fight on PPV in the challenging underdog's home country e,g Adamek-Vitali, Hatton-Pac/mayweather, there are likely many more boxing matches where the underdog's home country are actually paying to see him "take that title home"
