Ortega and Holloway would not be easy fights for him. The main problem with Mcgregor is that long layoff and new lvl of money/fame. That can have an impact in his upcoming fights.

Zabit (big, and good everywhere)
Ortega (big, durable, and can sub anyone)

Frankie Edgar and Chad Mendes are probably still the most likely of winning by getting takedowns, but they'd be considerable underdogs at this point.
