Is the UFC Performance Institute Just for UFC Fighters or Can Others Pay to Use It at Certain Times?

I tweeted that question to the UFCPI but they never responded.

it open to people. ive seen people who are training partner of ufc fighters go there and get looked at. they also had other sports people there like the golden knights and boxers.

i dont think they let someone like fedor jsut show up and use it but there been bellator invicta fighters who are with ufcfighters be allowed to use the place or get looked at

Oh, that's GOT to be hilarious. One gym for the pros and one for the "civilians". Can you imagine all the wannabees flopping around on the floor and butt hugging each other all in hopes that Dana will "discover" them? I hope the pros don't start laughing so hard that it spoils their workouts.
