Resolved Is the toolbar turned off? Mine won't work

When I am writing a post, when I want to use Bold, Italics, Underline, smilies, etc, the mouse won't let me select it. I scroll over it, click on it, and nothing happens.

Can you make sure you have below icon (brackets) active by ticking them from the post reply field beforehand?
