Is Paul Felder making a comeback to the UFC?

I don't like when guys keep retiring and unretiring. They all seem to "get the itch" within a few months

Train and spar.. get it out in there.. no need to get back into the octagon. Stay healthy. You've got good work lined up with the UFC - keep that face pretty.

From Brendan Fitzgerald's Youtube channel

2 minute video, but cliff notes anyhow:

-Feeling the itch, especially since triathlon season has wound down
-Wants to get back in the gym and train with the likes of Sean Brady, Pat Sabatini, Philly guys etc. and see how he feels after a week.
-Will make a determination after that week
-Not in USADA testing pool, but thinks he can get cleared in an expedited fashion because he was previously in it for so long (???)
-Not sure how much he weighs at the moment, but thinks less than 180 lbs.

Friendly reminder to never believe a fighter when he retires lol

If its against Tony or the Green/Yaquinta winner that would be ok. Maybe Dober.

Felder as a commentator and analyst always enjoys making everything about himself. Every punch thrown is an excuse to reminisce about his fights, and every LW he interviewed at the post fight panels, he made sure to remind that he is interested in fighting them next.
I prefer more impartial commentators, but that's just me. Now I'M making it about myself. Fuck. <{ByeHomer}>
agreed about Felder but I think Bisping is infinitely worse on commentary. It's a drinking game when he's commentating to see how often he references himself... play at your own risk.

MMA's Ric Flair.

This guy's gonna return more often than Santa.

i always thought he was pretty mediocre. skills are kinda meh but he makes up for it in toughness / cardio. 4 out of his last 5 fights were split decisions.

i'm guessing he's going to gloat about how he was the last guy to beat oliveira so in his head he's still at the top of the division.

I hope he comes back and beats someone like Islam and gets a title shot to run back Oliveira's last loss.

If Felder beat Oliveira after Oliveira were to beat Poirier they would instantly have to make a movie about it.

Rocky 6: Ginger Avenger edition

Why? Sorry to say but as tough and game as he is, he's a fairly mediocre fighter. Why come back to be a middle of the road not even top 10 fighter? He's got a great job commenting, he's got a role in show. Don't do it Paulie.

I feel like he's retired and come back twice already, but at least once unless I'm thinking of someone else....
