I don't know bc I haven't seen him fight anyone who knows they are allowed to fight back yet. He's for sure the most protected. I want to see him tested for real.
I agree with other posters that we don't know how he'd fare against legit competition so we have no idea. Koreshkov just beat Bendo so he should be the best prospect outside of the UFC.
the next fight should be a bit of a better test, fernando gonalez has some pretty solid recent wins (amassou, karo, zaromskis) but he's still taking a frustratingly long path to testing his competency
Koreshkov vs mvp is the fight to make. That shit would be violent. If mvp wins in July, I hope bellator books it.
Mvp hasn't fought anyone that will challenge him yet. My guess is pressure, but not like a goof. Running full speed into a counterpuncher isn't too bright. His injuries have me worried too. What will happen once he steps up. But as it sits right now, he is must see because he has the ability to finish from anywhere.
Until he fights someone at least remotely decent, I don't buy it. Koreshkov on the other hand really impresed me, he kicked Benson's ass, he is no joke!!.
On a side note, I also found some respect for Askren after watching what he did to Koreshkov.
Without a doubt. With some investment in the mma scene I'd like to see him back in Europe. I'd hate to see him locked up inside an insidious little contract over in the State's.
I don't know but he is certainly very interesting to watch. When I watch him I don't know why but I know that someting special is coming. I would love to see him in the UFC.
