Is meth that bad?

Any sherbros from a part of the country where there is a meth problem, fill me in on what is so bad about it. Is it as bad as people say?? I am from chicago and we dont have meth here so im really cuious to heasome stories. The major problem here is heroin. We've got people here who shoot up and nod off with the kid in the car, not to mention the scores of people who just die as teenages after trying it a few times, and the many who are strung out somewhere on the west side and might as well be dead. I can't imagine an upper being worse than that. Full disclosure: i've done metric tons of cocaine in my life. I'v tried crack once or twice, and didnt think it was that big of a deal. But never, ever, done heroin because of all the destruction i saw as a young kid.

So whats the deal with meth?? As bad as they say, or overblown?

We dont have that shit in chicago man, otherwise sure. But im moreso asking about what are the addictive and social effects of it are, not what trying it once is like. And is it as bad as the saturday morning specials say.

LMAO - Meth is everywhere in the US, Jeanyus.
 
That shit is the worst drug you can do. Had multiple friends who killed themselves after getting hooked on it in highschool. Brother was hooked for a bit and would get panicked phone calls from him at 3 am saying that there were people going through his outgoing sewage, people in the back of his truck and could not convince him none of it was real. Fucking terrible drug.
 
Probably tough to get an answer here. Most meth heads spend their time cooking or stealing to buy more meth. Probably not many on Sherdog. And you most certainly do have it in Chicago.
 
Don't listen to the media, TS. Meth is pretty good and very healthy for you and your family
