Ive seen him tired twice.

Once in a fight where he let it all out in 1.5 rounds against a guy with a granite chin and limitless cardio and another time in a sport where he didnt belong.

Based off these things alone its become almost unanimous amongst sherdog he has bad cardio.

Im yet to be convinced this is true.

He gassed in both Diaz fights. He caught a second wind in the 4th round of the rematch.

That said, I agree his cardio is underrated by some.

Conor's lack of cardio is a myth perpetuated by his salty haters just like his lack of ground game. He doesn't have the best cardio but it's far from terrible, especially given his output.

He looked calm and composed in the rematch with Nate and still gassed after 2 rounds.

If I see it I believe it, In this case I've seen it 3 times. You're kind of an Idiot for even thinking he has good cardio at this point.

Luckily, he's on the McGregor's F.A.S.T. program, so his cardio should improve from 8 to at least 9 minutes.

I don't think he does either. Thanks first Diaz fight he wasn't fighting at a blistering pace, people really need to watch it again, he was more active in the first round of the Mendez fight.

The Mayweather fight wasn't high paced either. He just seems to magically "gas" as soon as he starts getting punched in the mouth and treated with utter disregard. Thankfully he's lucky enough to be the the only fighter who gives "explanations" for there failures instead of making excuses.

Check the punch stats, conor threw over 90 punchs in the first round compared to mays 20.

It was a stark contrast to the conor that fought eddie.after the eddie fight i was certain conor would start reserving the gas tank for later rounds.

Imo the occasion got to him vs may and he went straight to blowing his wad early

2nd diaz fight nate looked just as gassed as conor which was surprising, i was waiting for diaz to overtake him easily in the later rounds but to mcnuggets credit he hung in there.

Both fighters looked exactly like 2 fighters would look like after5 hard rounds by the end of the fight.

Those early leg kicks saved his ass later.... Nate's leg was busted up and Conor was running away gassed lol

Someone like Ferguson would probably fuck him up at that point, then again he might get KTFO'd... Conor dropped Nate many times after all

Lets check his last 5 mma fights

1)Eddie - Lasted 1.5 rounds. Looked fresh.
2)Nate - badly gassed in 2nd round, had to rest and run away and survive but hung in there. Diaz was also gassed after a while which was lucky for Conor.
3)Nate - Gassed out in the 2nd round to a point where he had to panic wrestle and just give up
4) Aldo - Fight was over in 13 secs
5) Mendes- gassed out in the 2nd, you could see how heavy he was breathing with mouth wide open but Mendes gassed out too which was again lucky for Conor

Add to that, his latest boxing match where he again gassed out real bad. That is 4-6 fights he has gassed in. Anybody who denies Conor's cardio is dogshit is completely delusional.

Conclusion: probably the worst cardio at LW. I can't think of another lw with worse cardio but there might be some. To his credit, he has shown that he is still dangerous after getting gassed unless he becomes complete zombie like he did in diaz 1.

He seems to have this inevitable moment in the fight where he’ll suddenly gas as if someone shot him. But he’s able to find a solid second wind if hes not finished.
