ANyone know what weight class?

You should probably check the combined records of his opponents on BoxRec (pretty much Fight Finder, for Boxing) before going any further.

As far as mma goes, his boxing is above average, but he's weird because his head and hands pretty much might as well belong to two different fighters. He'll box you up without mercy if he can get in close, but he gets tagged while stepping into range SO much because he just doesn't really have good defense.

Pretty much this.

Also, his true name is Brawldonado.

Also, Maldonado's boxing against Gian Villante impressed me much more than Stipe Miocic's realization that, if you hit Nelson then circle away from his right hand, he can't hurt you.

He's good enough to stay in the UFC and not get cut. But when it comes to fighting top fighters, he's a punching bag.

Except when he's fighting Joey Beltran, for some reason.

If you can delete fights out of your memory, life is so much better. So in my memory that fight never happened and Brawldonado is the JBG's son.

Basically for any top ten guy he's a punching bag

Would this fight even be sanctioned in the US?

these

he's like a rock-em sock-em robot with good hands (he gets lazy as fuck with his head movement)

His only chance is if that arena is hot as hell and Miocic gasses like Villante did.

on a 3 fight win streak, not a lot of fighters in the division can make that same claim

Maldonado is gonna win. Brazil don't play
