Is logging in with Chrome on Android a known issue?

I get this message every time I try to log in with my phone whether I'm using the mobile site or have chrome give me the desktop site:



I switched over to the Samsung browser on my phone and it let me login without issue. Chrome on my windows desktop PC also works fine.
