Is Khabib the new McDucker?

he wants to fight GSP. that's his idol. he's in a strong position to make it happen.

khabib is bigger than Tony. while GSP is GOAT. Khabib is thinking like a prize fighter, not a street fighter. always fight guys with more shine than you, not less.

do people not understand simple economics? Tony has like 9 fans.
 
I think it's too early to start calling him a ducker and I think he's deserving of the title, but I didn't like the GSP money fight callout right after winning the title at all. Khabib needs to stay active and face the top guys at LW to restore order in the division.

he's a prize fighter. of course he cares about money. every fucking squirrel cares about money.

if Khabib fight Tony, only us MMA fans will buy the PPV.
if he fights GSP, casuals will buy the card as well.
 
After talking shit about McGregor’s money fight antics and holding up the division, it’s not a great showing for Khabib to now be talking about money fights, and essentially holding up the division.

If he doesn’t fight again by summer, he won’t fght again until probably next year, I’m guessing.

Poor Tony will probably have to fight for ANOTHER interim belt, hahah.

You see, the problem with refusing to fight someone lower ranked than you or "brighter" than you is that that's exactly what you're complaining someone is doing to you. If you're ranked #13 and you're denying a fight to #17 because he's lower than you then you can't bitch when you're begging for the #8 guy and he doesn't agree. You're not risking anything while asking everyone else to risk something for your gain.

this only applies to champions.

they have leverage. anyone not a champ has nothing to negotiate with.

he said he'll fight in november. Ramadan is coming up in the summer so he's got to deal with that first.
 
Oh stfu, Tony vs Khabib is a great fight but Tony taking another fight before fighting Khabib isn't a big deal. The fight has already been cancelled 4 times, we can all wait a little now and Khabib vs Conor or anybody else is okay for khabibs first title defense.

It's not about the money though it's about the name of the fighter.

Gsp is the biggest name fighter thats still fighting today.
 
How can he be ducking anyone,He had 4 opponents change in one week and not complained one iota .
Just because hes mentioned GSP doesnt mean its money he wants,
GSP is the best there is anyone wanting to be the best has to beat the best,
A belt puts a fighter into a unique position,others want it and it opens up doors.
Looks like Conors looking to move onto Semi Trucks now hes beat a bus so hes busy atm.
He certainly wont defend against another bus thats not his style.
I would like to see Khabib defend the belt though,We dont need another Mcducker.
Tony would be my choice for the next Fight but it was Dana just this week that said he didnt want to make the fight after its fallen through so many times.
 
He should be fighting Tony. If he defends the belt at all he's not like Conor. I'd say he's more like Woodley, asking for what he wants. At this point though Woodley deserves a money fight and Khabib doesn't.

So yeah Conman 2.0. i was thinking same instead of his spiel about i want guys on 9 fight win streaks, i wont fight conor until he pays his dues at lw, and such. Guess Im too trusting in people.

It's a weird call out.. as GSP last fought at MW.

If GSP makes weight he would beat the khabib we saw tonight.

i dont think any fighter would complain if his oppo changed 4 times 12 hrs before the fight from a fw to mr flying kick an sod all else, to an unranked to ranked 11 yet remained for the belt LOL

khabib is a truly gifted "champ"
 
I just can't see GSP at LW. And I don't want to see him try because I doubt it would be healthy for him. Or good for his performance.

I just want to see Khabib, Ferg, Conor in any combination.
