Is karma catching up to Conor McGregor?

Feels like Conor is going to be one of those rich athletes that eventually go broke.
His epic rise to stardom mirrors his quick fall from grace.

Fighting wise, the game has passed him by. There's nothing for him in MMA anymore.
passed him? He got out boxed by Nate fucking Diaz. A stationary wheel barrel could outbox Nate Diaz.

you don't understand karma lmao. Karma has nothing to do with this.

What you all think is karma is actually a law of cause and effect.

Huh? Yes, I think Karma is cause and effect; but it's not the kind of cause and effect you can track. But explain Karma, please, from your understanding. I'm curious and I'm not trying to start a fight. I've been reading up on Buddhism and the differing points of view on Karma.

And from what I understand Karma is very much misunderstood by the West. I read that Karma is the thing that pushes reality forward, that is very much as cause-and-effect situation, but not how people usually talk about it, where if I poke someone in the eye, the action is going to somehow trigger someone to also poke me in the eye someday or something related.

What about the karma from all the lives he saved and lives changed through his donations?

Karma for potentially becoming Ireland’s president?

Conor is one of those rare individuals who may have directly harmed more people than their charity work helped.

He's still filthy rich and doing whatever the fuck he wants. Not gonna say he's right but I don't think karma is really a problem to him right now.

The universal law of cause and effect has nothing to do with karma. That's just a very well spread misconception that people keep repeating like parrots.

Karma in short is a spiritual concept that ties into relationships between important people in your life and the lessons (and resolutions) that these relationships allow you to work through, sometimes through multiple incarnations.

Hmmmm okay, I’ll look into it further. Thanks.

Do you think he's happy?

Serious question.

I think he is. Maybe it's shallow happiness but he's a shallow person. He's a shitty husband, very likely a bad dad and probably not a very good friend. But he got the money, power and attention he always wanted so that's good enough for him.

I don't think he sits at home moping abouth things.

What's your take on him?

I think he's miserable and a massive alcoholic and cocaine addict.
