International Is It Time For A German Nuclear Bomb?

If we pull our support for European defense, we can't then dictate how they go about defending themselves. One of the reasons we decided to be world police was influence, and now we have decided to relinquish that so you can like it or you can hate it, but it's none of our business now.

Have you gone fucking retarded?

Our allies are watching us rening on our word to a country we said we would protect if they gave up their nukes and now you are shocked that everyone wants to have their own nuke because America just proved that it can't be relied upon to keep its word..... what the fuck did you think was going to happen with that stunt Trump and Vance pulled few days back ?
lol what did Trump and Vance do? Fail to meet Zelensky with the red carpet rolled out with wheelbarrows full of cash, with knee pads on to take the stress off kissing his ass?

Fortunately for everyone ,Germany are treaty bound not to produce or use nukes. We don't fight wars with nukes.

The US doesn't have that power anyway. It'd be the UN who'd tell them no.

Well as a non American, I can tell you that the perception of the US being a reliable ally for the rest of the world has changed quite a lot.
By stable ally do you mean big brother who protects all of you while you contribute next to zero for your defense? Our rednecks alone without the military could take at least half of Europe.

Sure, but at the moment you're a bi-polar country who switches and completely seems to change policy every four years and you've also shown that your current politicians will make decisions and implement them quickly.

From a long term security point of view it's hard to see you as reliable.

Pretty sure its not us who has switched stances. We've never wanted a war with Russia. We supported Ukraine until we were asked to escalate further.

We're not asking to escalate further. We were going to continue to support Ukraine with funding and weapons. There hasn't been serious pressure from Nato for the US to put boots on the ground.

You literally are. Several Euro leaders have declared their readiness to send troops in. The "security guarantee" that every one thinks the US is supposed to provide obligates us to give NATO protection to Ukraine in all but name and without compensation.

Send in peace keeping forces. Kind of important in this context.

Who should do this? The US? You can't occupy them with NATO as thats part of the reason Russia has issues with Ukraine.

and good luck to them because again its none of our business now.

I don't really get what you mean. Whats changed? We're still committed to defending Germany and all other NATO allies.

The un is controlled by the USA

It was literally created to be a soft power of America to wield influence lol

But this has only happened after the US made noises about withdrawing support.

Does America honour their commitments..?
What, like funding the entire system for years and years while the majority didn't even meet their base obligation?

Tell me what commitments you mean.
