got ringworm and was wondering if i can still do some sort of workout while i wait for it to clear? Thanks

do it away from people

I could be wrong, but I think you can even hit the pool with ringworm without spreading it. But please, do not participate in any sports that require close contact with others.

depends, don't train with your partners but you can still do competitions

Depends, are your infected areas going to be touching shared equipment?

not in a contact sport.
boil a cloth in water for it + dial soap and put ointment on it 3 times a day. The faster its killed, the faster you can get back to training.

but do not train with it, because you will make a spreading cycle between everyone there.

i would be pissed if i rolled with some guy who knew he had ringworm

even more pissed if I caught it

go lift weights

if you train with it and know you have it your just spreading it in your gym and will make the problem worse for you and your gym

wash your clothes in hot water with soap and bleach and wash your bedding every week in the same

you can train by yourself.

anything that is likely to be transmitted to another grappler should keep you off the mats.

golden rule bro.

After 48 hours of treatment it's not supposed to be contagious. In high school wrestling you can compete as long as you have a doctor's note showing that you've began treament. I'd still cover it though, or wait it out if you can.

Please do not roll, out of respect for others.

The last time I had it, I stopping rolling for two weeks.

Apply over-the-counter medication twice a day.

DO NOT COVER IT UP, let it breathe, so that the fungus can't incubate.

i never intended on rolling while i have ringworm i was just wondering if i could still run or do a little workout at the park. didnt know if me sweating would cause it to spread. thanks for the advice
