A lot of controversy at the weigh ins whether humus is a dip or spread. What do you think and is it good for cutting weight?

It's a dip, who the hell spreads hummus?

Dip and I can't imagine it's good for cutting weight because it has a lot of carbs. Maybe I'm wrong but it doesn't seem like it would be.

You gotta be one of the 144,000 to use hummus as a spread relax Helwani

I used to binge that shit

Tesco used to do a paprika one and fuck me it was good

Dip some Anavar, Winstrol or Trenbolone in it and you'll be fine.

Hummus is a dip for vegetables/fruits or chips. I get why you asked this question

It's whatever I goddamn want it to be. I like it as a base.

Kenny here,

Hummus is an excellent spread. Maybe one of the world's greatest.

When my mom makes me a pita sandwich, she spreads a liberal coat of hummus inside. You throw in some grilled chicken and some salad in there and you'll be the envy at the lunch table.

A much needed upgrade to lunchables and Caprisun I was getting in high school.

Ariel almost cried when he didn't get a UD for Hummus being a dip.

As long as its legit hummus, made from chickpeas. Maybe with some pine nuts and garlic. I'm not with all this alternative shit on the shelves these days. (Black bean hummus, spinach hummus, dessert hummus).

You gonna call nacho cheese a spread next? Come on.

Both. It's the wrestleboxer of cuisine.

i always used it as a spread when i made burritos.

flour tortilla, spread some hummus, add beans and rice mix, chicken, etc etc...

I'll bite:

Hummus is carbs and fat as fuck. Terrible for cutting.

All you got to do is google it why are you asking people who either do not know or google it themselves, and do you plan on cutting weight?
