Travis used to look like an animal in the cage, but lately it seems he gets wobbled easily by even the most deflected punches.

I know it's heavyweight and I definitely know not everyone can have a Roy Nelson/Mark Hunt chin but I can't help but feel bad for the guy.

He's like Brandon Vera 2.0
 
Shit happens, you get cracked. These are HW. Not everyone can be Roy Nelson, and stay... Roy Nelson after years and years.

Nah, he just needs a better camp. Edmunds gym is made up of a grand total of 6 MMA fighters. How can Travis improve when his training parnters are the dark horse women.

I guess he could instruct each woman to hold his legs and arms to simulate some high altitude shit or something.

He does need a new coach. His game plans have been awful. I think it started with the Werdum fight

Well it's not like he's not trying, but his mindset isn't the same. Like he knows his body doesn't respond the same so he's a bit gunshy.

He also reminds me of post Kongo Pat Barry. He needs to put on his big boy pants and go back to Jackson's.
 
He's looked worst since joining Edmond. Got KO'd twice and looked like shit against Mitrione. Could argue he was losing until the eye pokes.

How is his chin different now from when he got KTFO by Bigfoot back in the day?
 
When he beat Barnett, people were thinking he was the next big thing. He even went in as the favorite against Werdum. Now, he is struggling to maintain gate keeper status.

His switch in camps was the worst possible decision.

His chin is fine it is granite or he wouldn't have beaten Overeem. Cain just absolutely destroyed him
 
Cain's a hard puncher. And he's a much better fighter than Travis. That's all it is.

Cain at, or at least near 100%, is hard to beat.
 
He's just not a skillful fighter. He got by being athletically gifted. I was almost going to bet on him to win with the hippies the Cain would continue his decline. But I didn't because he just can't really finish anyone without a fluke. If he was dominant anywhere I would have but he can't do much to Cain anywhere
