Yes
Nope, remember him running for his life while lightheartedly smiling during the Khabib fight, he knew the jig was up and saw humor in his own situation...
that’s not the behavior of a mentally broken individual

What happened to him saying he'd be ready in 6 weeks after the Khabib fight?Holidays were upon him and he fought and trained hard all year? Guy just needs time to drink and be merry. Which is the opposite of Kawner and Basehball Jones, he may keep his partying private and in check. Maybe?
Really? I guest i missed that.Shortly after losing to Poirier he started talking about retirement. That's how demoralized he was.
Do you think justin gaethjes sports psychologist posts here or something?
Dysmimia, typical of tough men being broken.Nope, remember him running for his life while lightheartedly smiling during the Khabib fight, he knew the jig was up and saw humor in his own situation...

The Gaethje that took Tony's soul is the same Gaethje that got smoked by Alvarez, beating senseless by Porier, and given his first lesson in grappling by Khabib. That's how you should handle a loss. Retreat and go back to the drawing board. You don't spam your twitter and act like you won. You don't claim victory that wasn't there. You don't brag about an illegal strike.
I hope the Gaethje that took Tony's soul appears

Would not be surprised if he fights Oliveira and the winner fights the winner of DP/CM fight after that for the title.Hes waiting for the winner of Dustin vs Conor, and what's going on with Dana and Khabib. So there's a lot of options for him.
Possibly, I’m sure the loss of title contention could possibly bring the onset of depression, although the situation now doesn’t present that issue with Khabib on the shelf. I don’t necessarily think that means that Justin has been broken going forward... He bounced back from the Poirier and Alvarez loses wellI, fights where he not only lost his 0 but was stopped for the first times in his career.Dysmimia, typical of tough men being broken.

He should be ashamed. This is coming from a fan too. He let Khabib’s mystique beat him before they even got in the cage. Never thought I’d see that from Justin. Of course I never thought I’d see it happen to Aldo either.I've noticed that his very few media appearances since 254 he doesn't seem all there to me. Seems a bit run down and demoralized. I don't remember seeing him like that after the losses to Poirier and Alvarez, maybe because they were both close blood and guts fights that he did very well in. Almost seems like he's a bit ashamed of his performance against Khabib.
Then the news comes out that Chandler is fighting Hooker. Did the UFC offer the fight to Gaethje? And if so, why did he turn it down? Could it be that his confidence has been shaken and he needs more time?
He seemed nervous to me in the face off next to the beach.he was pretty tentative in that fight. i think he was mentally gotten to before it even started. granted he was concerned about the TD, but he sure didn't look like his normal self.
