I looked on the UFC 224 PPV page and the fight isn’t listed..

They'll probably formally announce it the night of Ferguson/Khabib.
 
RDA hates fighting in Brazil.

Out of his 24 UFC fights dating back to 2008, only 1 has been in Brazil.
 
Ariel was saying there's potential security concerns that may prevent it from happening.
 
It was probably a bluff of sorts to get Woodley to fight RDA instead of begging for Nate.

If the options are either getting robbed by a crackhead with a pocket knife in Vegas, or getting kidnapped by 4 men with rifles in Brazil I think we all pick the same option too.

It should be but seems like UFC/WME want to make more money and controversial guys like colby will make more money for them.

hence colby in an eliminator vs RDA who has actually earned a title shot.
