Wrong on a number of accounts. Sure, Colby certainly got fucked out of his interim title, but that was punitive on the UFC's part, not Woodley ducking him.

Additionally, he fact that did an interim fight one month before Woodley was ready to get booked for his defense hurts it's legitimacy too.

And finally, there was absolutely a question as to whether Woodley would have performed against Colby at that point, because Colby didn't get to fight Woodley until after Tyron gave up on trying at MMA entirely
