Is Conor going to dominate the LW division?

He jumped at the top of the division, which is a known shark tank, considering he didnt exactly dominated Nate Diaz who is a fringe Top 10...i would say he is not going to dominate the division, that if he fights more often than his last couple of years.

You kinda mean like Conor moving up to fight Alvarez, an easy target and a good style match up??
And Conor only moved up because he physically had to..
Conor is a natural lightweight. GSP is a natural welterweight. Two different cases.

Conor only fought in featherweight by cutting tons of weight, because a-) he could avoid the lightweight wrestlers, b-) he could get a superfight with a lightweight champ and become the double champ with 1 fight only, and he did.

Do you really consider Tony’s boxing comparable to Nate’s? Go watch Nate’s fight and then watch Tony vs MJ.
Nate is one of the best boxers in UFC and stylistically he’s a nightmare for Conor when adding his endurance and granite chin. Also Conor fought Nate straight after FW, going up 2 weight classes. I wouldn’t give Nate much of chance now at 155.

Tony gets hit way too much to pose a real problem for Conor.

Nate is the technically better boxer, but that's about it. Tony is better everywhere else, more dangerous, more vicious, while also having as much durability and cardio.

Lmfao. Considering he's never done so, Is Conor going to fight multiple contenders in a division. What is, absoloutly no fucking chance in hell for 200$ alex.

No the exact same case. They both moved up to cherry pick a title and then not defend it.

Probably beacause Jones and GSP were too busy defending their titles against number 1 contenders. GSP went up in weight and won a title. Jones is moving up as we speak. Andy went up during his reign in weight and on short notice, AND won.. Get off that Conor D bud!!
and conor knows he gets fucked by most at ww

Conor always planned his super fight with the lightweight champ, by cutting tons of weight for featherweight and avoiding the lightweight wrestlers and then get a 1 fight with lightweight champ and be the double champ.

GSP never planned that, Bisping was a jackpot fight for him, and GSP himself said he got into trouble with getting too big, and he made mistake with getting too big, he wasn't comfortable with that weight at all.

Lightweight is Conor's natural weight class, middleweight is not GSP's natural weight class, GSP had trouble with fighting in that weight class.

Blah blah blah and Conor ate a turkey sandwich the night before and GSP ate a roast beef. They both moved up and cherry picked a title and then didn't have what it takes to defend...

Sorry fren.

you got it mixed up with gsp and jones..

jones is a fraud.
PEDs is a very controversial topic so I choose to avoid it. GSP didn’t compete much under USADA, but by the eye test and his performances he did look very suspicious.

Oh Sherdog, never end.

I’m not saying Nate is better than Tony per se and would actually like to see them fight, but Nate’s style is more difficult for Conor because of his boxing. Tony’s technique is far from perfect and he exposes himself way too much to make it difficult for Conor

So you’ve never heard accusations about Costa or Yoel because they don’t look natural? Professional body builders can say what are you most likely on by just looking at a person

Nate boxing is extremely overrated. His hands are slow and can get sloppy at times. And he's pillow fisted.

Pretty much everyone in the top 15 would dominate Nate. Unranked killers like Fiziev, Tsarukyan, Ismagulov Leonardo Santos, Gamrot, Guram, Ramos, and Riddell would also beat the shit out of Diaz.

Look at all the names you mentioned. There is no way in hell a Champ at LW can ever see an 'Anthony Smith' as a title defence, it's so insanely deep and a solid reason why number of title decences doesn't hold much weight.

Lol at Conor dominating anything. He's a bum. Will win some, lose some but never will dominate any division.

GSP or Jones would never accept short notice and going up in weight as well. Conor is afraid of anyone
GSP fought Hughes on short notice....don't try to rewrite history.

Conor didnt go up anymore than his opponent did....he fought a LW at WW.....
