Is Cain Valasquez the baddest man on the planet?

I've been thinking about it lately who the most dangerous unarmed person is. Cain is a savage despite his lackluster performance against Werdum, I'm going to let that one slide. I would say Cain is even more dangerous than Fedor ever was. Just look at some of Cain's fights, dude is insane.

Here's my reasoning. A Cain beating is a little more drawn out, takes a little longer. When Romero flips the switch, guys go from looking totally normal to looking like bear attack victims in a matter of seconds.

Ok if you've been following the sport for a while you would know that Cain looked very different than his other fights. He was out of the game for a long time for so many injuries but when he's 100% I don't think anyone can beat him in the world today.
