Half of sherdog is now on the Bisping wagon, claiming he's the best middleweight in the world (buddeh) and all this nonsense.

Yet, I've seen many other posters (some of them the SAME posters) saying that GSP is just picking an easy fight and ducking the 170 division. I'd really like to see the overall results.

More like the easier title shot he would get at MW, that doesnt mean its an easy fight, Bisping is well rounded, and much larger, im not sure if GSP would be able to control him on the ground like he does to strikers.

From the Top 5 MW, I think is the easiest

GSP will only have so much success with his power double over a bigger stronger fighter like Michael Bisping. I think it'd go like Sonnen/Bisping but I think Chael's showing would be better than Georges'.

No.

Higher weightclass
3 yrs layoffs.

that being said, Gsp should win UD imo.

I think its the other way around. GSP is a easy fight for Bisping. GSP doesn't have KO power to threaten Bisping, yet Bisping is the bigger man and can probably keep it standing with his better than average TDD. And Bisping's striking arsenal is more diverse than GSP's jab and straight right. I cant remember the last time GSP threw a hook or uppercut.

@KONE Pollmaking GOAT.

I vote no BUDDEH. Left Hook Larry is a bigger fighter and GSP is coming off a long layoff, no way this would be a cakewalk....that said 50-45 :D

Even Bisping's family think he a pretender at Champ. 1/2 of Sherdog. Really?

Even CHAEL is considering coming out of retirement to fight Bisping!!!

he was going to come back and suddently this opportunity materialized.
It's not that someone orchestrated this scenario, Weidman pulls off, Bisping as replecement and the upset.

but i'm not sure that GSP'll fight Bisping, as always Sherdoggers are making a big fuss about just a rumor.

It's definitely not easy but he could perhaps UD him.

I'd have to say no. Bisping isn't easy to get down and keep down and he's bigger. His striking should be better than GSPs. But it's got to be a LESS DAMAGING fight than Lawler.

If GSP got so beat up by Hendrix, 5 rounds against Lawler might make him wish he never came back, even if he DID win....

No

Bisping wins

Assuming Chael can get waiver for the TRT for his balls, he should get the next fight after Hendo/Bisping.

People saying Bisping is an "easy" fight need to remember that he wasn't gifted the belt. He didn't buy it from a store. He KO'd Rockhold in the 1st round.

Bisping is being under-rated by some people here just to shit on GSP, which is really fucking stupid.

He has good TDD and is far bigger than GSP. GSP is more skilled, but size matters. No, tough fight for GSP.

Bisping decisions GSP.

Too big, great takedown defense and a serious gas tank. Did I mention the guy is massive compared to GSP? (Obviously in Sher-terms Bisping is a manlet-midget)

Again, losing a fight against Bisping is better for GSP's health than winning a 5 rounder against Lawler. This is a great deal for GSP, all things considered.

No. At this point, I don't see GSP having an easy fight on his return. He hasn't fought for years, 2 blown out knees and Bisping is the bigger man so I doubt it will be easy.

Well this is typical GSP, which is why you can't gave him as GOAT.

Little BJ Penn & Conor are fine, Bisping is fine, while Anderson, Weidman and Rockhold aren't. So the theory of him wanting to stay at WW goes out the window. He's a champ who wants the easiest fights possible for the highest rewards, where he can get the best record. Complete opposite of Wanderlei, Fedor, Chuck, Conor, Penn, etc. Yet those who fight everyone at which ever weight are somehow lesser fighters than Georges. This is like a Klitschko vs Ali debate.
