Is Bibi the best non-ufc Bantamweight fighter in the world right now?
 
Caldwell is better imo but they are clear 1 and 2
 
According to most, yes. I believe so, and I believe he has been for years now.

A case can be made for Caldwell, as stated above, but I go with Bibi due to his experience and accolades.

DREAM Featherweight Champion and GP Champion
DREAM Bantamweight Champion and GP Champion
ONE Interim Bantamweight Champion
ONE Bantamweight Champion

Bibi is a stud.
 
Didn’t Horiguchi fight at like 135 for the Rizin gp

I think on paper, Bibi is the best. I think Caldwell deserves some mention as he has itt, I think stylistically, he's a problem for a lot of guys at that weight division.

But its hard for me not to root for Horiguchi. I've been a fan of his for a long time and what he did in Rizin recently was ridiculous. He could very well be the best fighter at either 125 or 135 (minus DJ) on any given night.
