Is anybody for putting a cap on threads started by new users or Whitebelts?

I think there should either be a limit to one thread started a day by Whitebelts, or replies only. After seeing what was going on in the OT just now I had to turn off my images in edit options. Seems like gimmicks are trying to ruin this place for everybody.

I'd like to see white belts only have to ability to reply to threads. There's been too many threads like.
