Is Aldo getting punked again by UFC?

Last week Ferguson says he agreed to fight Khabib but only if they pay him properly.

This week Aldo says the UFC is trying to give him a lightweight interim fight. Supposedly against Khabib.

Is the UFC just using Aldo to get Ferguson to accept less pay?
