i mean technically that wasn't just South Africa but the Brits and US helped immensely (and some argue Israelis helped) They even dismantled them at the end of Apatheid hahahah...and to think South Africa developed and built nuclear weapons at one point. Six in the 1980s.

There's a boat load of African countries that are doing quite well for themselves now. Obviously not up to American standards, but they are doing a lot better than most of Asia/South America. There are still countries that are complete shit holes, but Africa is a massive continent.
Ain't no better response gonna happen ITTAfrica isn't a country. Besides South America, North America, and Australia are boss in RISK.
