The legal assessment that DOX News quoted actually did not touch on this point, but as the DOX anchor, I can tell you that I see the following possible outcomes of the SCOTWR assessment:

1) Confirmation of the @luckyshot promotion. It would be the easy and convenient, though legally questionable way.
2) Reversal of the promotion and vacancy until the election. This would create utter chaos in the WR that would be left without a leader. Nevertheless, this seems a likely outcome.
3) Reinstatement of the previous President (which would be you). Considering that this Presidency had been largely abandoned after about five months, the Court might have questions about your fitness to rule. Also the fact that you had already been replaced by a democratic vote might be an obstacle.
4) Reinstatement of Homer as the President. I am not sure if it has ever been established that not being banned is necessary to remain POTWR. He would not be able to rule, but could formally remain in office for the remainder of the term.
5) Nomination of an interim president or expert team by the Court. This could be virtually anybody the Court deems suitable.

There are a few bills I would like you to sign.

The first is to ban Dox news. This fake news organization sponsored by the deep states and funded by the Russians. All assets of Dox News will become State property.

The second will make Oct 24th a official WR holiday in honor of Homer Thompson.

I can't believe you would call Homer's official Press Secretary fake news. Since @luckyshot has not released me from my duties, I will continue to perform my duties. This is yet another attack from the Deep State against the left. Yes, Dox News is ran by Germans but clearly they are funded by Russia.
