Iowa Central Community College

Pretty much most midwest states have strong wrestling colleges. Cus there's nothing much else to do there honestly lol

This is why this happens: ISU uses ICC as a means to get very good wrestlers academically eligible. The kind of athletes that are put to ICC by ISU are usually not the greatest students, therefore many of them will drop out, quit, or flunk.

This is where MMA reaps the benefits. They get awesome wrestlers who cannot make the grades, are not good enough to make an Olympic run yet, and get presented with ample opportunity to make money off of their athletic skills.

Well not so much Cain.

But I won't saw a few about Bones because of fighter bashing.

He was originally recruited to wrestle at Iowa State but he couldn't get in because well, he was kinda dumb. So they kept him in the "farming program" at Iowa Central CC. Too bad ICCC is in fort dodge which is a complete shithole. Any midwestern stereotype you could think of, thats fort dodge.

His roommate would watch pride tapes and Jones got hooked after he decided that he hated school and began doing MMA. He literally just partied all the time and there is speculation about Chael's rumor's being true that he left someone/something behind at ICCC.

All he did was ball it up and just destroy people on the court. The fball coach tried to get him to join the team but he refused.

this is all common knowledge in MMA and the roommate was former bellator champ Joe Soto

Happens sometimes with football players too. Not at the same school but there are some CC that bad students get sent to after high school so they can transfer to the college.
