No, it has not been. Look at 'Utlimate : Ronda Rousey - UFC FightPass Collections'.

Rousey vs Budd, Rousey vs Tate and Rousey vs Kaufman are missing. WHY?

SF had an existing deal with showtime when Zuffa purchased them that gave Showtime exclusive rights to all SF events and fights for a full 3 years. Zuffa can't legally have them on Fightpass until 3 years after their original air date.

That makes sense, I guess. I have seen clips of these fight in other videos on R3. I cannot recall if the were by Zuffa or not.
