Gives the ability to have people that arent too interested in WMMA to leave after the Brock fight. Gives legitimacy to the card to keep a title fight as top billing (especially compared to Bellator).

I think thats one possible way to look at it.

Order of the fights isn't really important. Meisha has fought her entire career to get to this main event spot. Don't really have an issue with it.


Blame all the other fighters that were pulling out of fights or failing tests if you absolutely have to blame someone.

I for one love all fights and will of course be watching till the end, but fact is many guys in particular will turn off their sets or leave the bar, which reduces Tate's and Nunes' viewership.

Ultimately...whatever...can't wait for Sunday!! (in Australia)

Well exactly. It's not the main attraction or even an attraction in most cases. I'm actually one of the people looking forward to the fight so it's not just a case of hating WMMA. Yeah, the UFC kind of backed themselves into a corner in a way, because they have spoken before about how a title fight will always be the main event so that rules out Brock vs Hunt, but then you have Aldo vs Edgar which is only for Interim Title...which may then bring out the sexism bullshit and the UFC do not need it on their big day...particularly after the JJ steroid debacle. Personally I believe they should have just left it as Brock vs Hunt main event because it was the Co-Main already...all fights get bumped up from wherever they insert Cormier vs Silva, and that is that.

OOFT...2am is pretty rough! But definitely worth it. Starts at midday on Sunday in Sydney which is not bad - head to pub at 10am for prelims and have a few beers, then have some pub-grub (lunch) ready to go for the main event keeping the beer flowing.
