OVERVIEW
Want to embarrass the fellas and attract the ladies? Inverted Gear has you covered. Tough guys will be ashamed tapping to a guy in a cute cuddly panda gi and girls will flock to you. This Gi is a fan favorite among the BJJ community and for good reason. Keep in mind this is the original Panda Gi not the 2.0 version that is currently released. This Gi was purchased for my girlfriend who is a Judoka but I decided to review it since It fits me perfectly and I

Just curious, your height of 5’11” and weight of 165-170lbs should fall under A2 instead of A1 Tall/Slim. What made you chose the A1S over the A2?

I'm 5’11” and 165-170lbs, very close to yours. Always thought I should be getting the A2. Should I then get the A1S instead?

Nice review. I have been planning on getting on of these for a while once they get A1 or A1S back in stock.

Huge fan of all the gi's I have purchased with inbetween sizes. Fushida, Kingz in particular.

Inverted has great customer service btw. I've dealt with them a few times recently and they have very quick responses.

How was the shrinking on this? I'm 5'8 and 147lbs. Not entirely sure if I should grab an A1 or A1s.

just wanted to pop in and give input on my new Inverted Gear kimono, since i don't do actual reviews...

i got one of the Panda Armors...this is their Doubleweave kimono, and it is bad to the bone. I'm 6' 185lbs...went with the A2L. i can compare the jacket to my other gi's, syr yank/compadre (A2) and Kingz ripstop 420 v2 (A2L)

the panda Armor cut is a little more roomy throughout the sleeves, but not by much. the torso is very close to the syr and kingz...if anything, the panda armor is slightly longer.

it's heavy as fuck, has reinforcements all over the place...even along the upper part of the inside of the lapel, like most judo gi's have. the lapel is ripstop fabric, which is a nice updated touch. the inside is very comfortable...i could wear this to nap in comfortable.

that's all i got to say about that.

Thanks for posting this review man. I own Koral MKM Competition Gi for a long time. But now I kinda feel like I need one more extra Gi for training and then maybe to keep one just for competition. And the price is really good for a Gi, although I would probably go with Blue, which is $140. I'm not sure about panda logo though, lol.

I see you also have some nice reviews about other BJJ gear, keep up the good work man. I may borrow some ideas for my site too.

I have one of these, easily in my top 3 favourite gi's of all time

Thanks for the responses guys. Sorry about the audio being low on the video (was trying a new mic and listened to the final product with my nice headset which made the video sound fine).

Shrinkage is minimal however I don't dry gis unless im trying to shrink them.

Going to go with an A1 then. I like a more fitted gi.
