there's this cuban place i used to go to that had these delicious grilled chicken sandwiches with a spicy sauce and basil. quite tasty.

For now the Bahn Mi reigns supreme.

Two butter toasted sesame seed buns, deep fried beef or pork milanesa steak, white cheese or "oaxaca" cheese (basically a mozzarella/string type of cheese), avocado, grilled onions, & chipotle sauce.

Peitudo do Joilton, too much of everything you can imagine: eggs, burger, ham, chicken, salad, fries, whatever the fuck you want and some more. Only for the equivalent of 4USD

Not the best sandwich in the world of course, but it kicks ass when you are high and short of cash.

Only sold in Rio's beaches, used to be legendary

Lol that's cheating! haha Peitudo is more like a meal than a sandwich, but it's indeed a wonder if you have the munchies.

peitudo means someone with big breast in portuguese. Its a local sandwich here in Rio, I posted the pic. More like a meal inside 2 pieces of bread
