If a champion cannot defend his belt within 4 - 5 months max he should lose it. If he or she is good enough they will claim it back anyway. This holding the belt in limbo for ages is pure crap.

What about surgeries that take 12+ weeks to heal? You would strip a champion who had to have one surgery?
