Abbott vs.Probert would have been a good fight to see.

Probers is a pro hockey player so he is like a C-level athlete and would have easily picked Tank apart and beat him.

That was a pretty cool story. I read many years ago that the Blackhawks wanted Flair to try out for them. Of course the internet being what it is, I can find no source anywhere.
 
And come on people, tank was a street fighter. Probert got paid millions to be a street fighter.

I take it you've never actually played the game, like ever, let alone anywhere near a pro level?
 
Probert was a true badass and might have beat the fuck out of Tank.
 
I am from Windsor and his mom was one of our neighbors as a kid and later on his brother lived on my street. He was nice guy from the few experiences I had with him. I really don't think he would have been able to handle Tank in a street fight though but Probert was tough as nails. The Red Wings had him and Kocur at one point.....Kocur had brutal punching power
 
I have a cool article for any of the old guys around that might be interested. An NHL enforcer got voted onto the all star game as a joke by his fans. A pretty big shit storm ensued. This was his response after taking everything in.

I'd never heard of Probert before I saw this video... I just watched some of his fights though.

Tank used to post here on sherdog. He was quite the character. He would get completely loaded drunk and post. He would fighter bash and talk all sorts of shit. Yeah the mods at the time banned him. Very tragic.
