He just said he thinks he could check Dom's chin, should the chance arise.

I think it was more less him saying I want a title fight but don't want to call out my teammate. Cruz vs Faber hasn't happened yet so I think that's what he meant. I do think he will fight Faber if Faber wins the belt though.

He called out the current champ, who did u expect him to call out? Or did u expect a list of possible scenarios dependant on future events?

I thought the exact same thing. I don't think he meant to suggest Faber has no chance though, he was just trying to say he could KO whoever has the belt. Even if it's a beast like Cruz.
