Good find, I think Shonie was very qualified to break this fight down given his extensive backgrounds in both wrestling and karate.

 

shonie would be a great analysis for the ufc or espn or SI... great knowledge

 

then he'd have to watch his language and wear a suit which would be less entertaining.
