Colby gets destroyed by almost every dude in the top 5 at WW, as well as Usman. Going up to MW would literally be suicide. He doesn't have the size or skill to compete with any of the top 10 there.

Has better wrestling? How do you figure?

Who the fuck has Colby out wrestled? Rda, Maia, and Lawler. None of them are amazing wrestlers. Usman out wrestled and controlled Woodley. D1 wrestler and before that fight had the best takedown defense in the UFC. Usman has had better showings than Colby against every top guy (minus Lawler) that Colby has fought.

People had expectation, but God was it deadly boring.
Max vs Alex & Amanda vs Germaine are the fight to watch.

Colby was getting TAGGED and outstruck by Maia. He by far had the worst performance against Maia when you compare him to Woodley and Usman. Dude is a scrub.

Maia took the Usman fight on short notice.

I don't see how people give Colby ANY chance at victory against Usman. They have very similar styles except Usman does more damage. Usman's cardio is just as good as Colby's, has better wrestling, stronger, faster, this is going to be a historic beating.

They both have average striking usman has more power, colby more volume. I belive colby take this one based on his volume but still is a 50/50 fight

I remember an interview with Usman and Luke Thomas (I think) prior to the Woodley fight where Usman addressed the fact that he was only D2 will Woodley was D1. He routinely out-wrestled D1 wrestlers in college, no problem. Colby may have better credentials, but that doesn't mean he's actually better. Woodley was better on paper too, look how that turned out. Askren is a better wrestler on paper than Colby, Usman, and Woodley. Doesn't mean he'd win in an MMA match, or even outwrestle them in an MMA match.
