I think he's probably referring to the Struve win? They used it before when Jones beat Hamill to see if he was using the 12 to 6 elbows. Either way Hamill was done, but I thought they had discussed bringing it in or using it to review controversial stoppages.

I thought the Silva stoppage was bang on - he wasn't moving or protecting himself. I think it worked well in the case of Jones and Hamill. But if there's any of the American Football guff where refs go and watch a monitor to see if they made the right decision to stop the fight or that a fighter was protecting himself and re-start the fight - no thanks.

I think it would take away from the sense that anything can happen. If they split the screen to show a replay you could fuck up a lot of peoples nights potentially. If you go back to JDS/Cain 2 when they drop down from above the ring, Junior threw a HARD left 3-4 seconds in that gave Cain noodle legs...and that was just a camera angle..imagine a huge fucking box in the way.
