Insane Proof Brock Lesnar was the most athletic fighter of all time (GIF)

D’Lo Brown said that he did it while weighing 400 lbs in Puerto Rico. I believe he pulled it off (he always moved extremely well for a big guy) but think might have been exaggerating his weight a bit.

John Kronus is another 300-pounder who I’m sure could have learned to do the move.

I think I just found the article that you were talking about. He said he lost his front teeth doing that move! I wouldn't have pegged D'Lo as someone who could do this move but am pleasantly surprised!

Nah bruh. Goldberg would've done it better but we will never know so I'll give that to Brock lesnar. And that's my opinion.

Fact that we do know is that Brock Lesnar could never suplex the 500 pound giant (big show) while standing on his feet, and delayed (like Goldberg did). There's only one man in pro wrestling history to vertical suplex the giant, and that's Goldberg. Brock Lesnar could not do standing backflips at a similar body frame to Goldberg's, yet Goldberg could, with ease. Goldberg is more athletic and stronger.
You're out of your element my guy. The suplex position is a two man move. That was Big Show at his slimmest and most athletic, Goldberg could hold him there because Show was able to post up which he was unable to do by the time Show and Brock were in the ring together.

In regards to pure strength, Show said that Goldberg and Brock were both strong as hell but no one lifted him as easily as John Cena. Compared him to concrete.

And when it comes to back handsprings and ganors, a ganor requires forward momentum and requires much more explosiveness to do safely. The turnbuckle is not very elastic since it's the corners where they are tightest, it actually hinders you because you have to balance on very little space and push off.

That forward momentum actually slows you down a lot, and the angle of momentum takes away the safety of posting your arms on the landing. So doing that from 6 feet in the air means failing to fully rotate could kill you. Brock failed that flip towards the end of a 20 minute match after being exhausted, Goldberg was notorious for his short gas tank and never wrestled more than 15 minutes. Brock would later have an hour long match against Angle after WrestleMania.

Wow, impressive

Goldberg could NOT do a shooting star press. What crack are people smoking today?

Look man, the truth is : I have 0 experience doing backflips in the air off ropes, so I'm not even going to debate anymore. I guess asking a pro wrestler would be a better solution for this argument. You could be right, however, Brock is athletic af, that I know.
Chris Jericho innovated the Lionsault, a back flip off the ropes. It requires perfect precision to do safely. He can do a regular moosault as well with no issue. When he first saw Jushin Liger do the Shooting Star Press that Brock later would do, he attempted it himself because regular moonsaults were so easy for him. Chris ended up breaking his arm on his one and only attempt.

Legendary Japanese highflyer Hayabusa paralyzed himself with this move.

Meanwhile Vader is Moonsaulting off the top rope with ease.

Because it's easier than a standing backflip on one's feet at near 290 lbs of bodyweight. Goldberg wasn't a turnbuckle jumper. He could do it on his feet. Brock Lesnar could not.

It's really not, because of the turnbuckle. He doesn't have hands

Rawky, mate have you slept at all? Serious question

Distance (air time) and elasticity of turnbuckle were on Lesnar's side. It's like jumping on a trampoline. It's not hard to do a backflip.
Bill Goldberg does it on his feet at the same bodymass and with less airtime and distance. It takes more risk and is more gutsy. It also requires more agility and power.
You have to be trolling. There was no elasticity to those ropes, they are tightened steel cords hooked to a turnbuckle, there may be give in the middle of the ropes but there is none at the edges where Brock's feet are.

I could do back handsprings pretty easily. I would never have attempted a ganor on the ground because it's much much harder and much more risky. Notice this dude needs a running start and a slight turn just to achieve the flip. He probably could hit a clean backflip with ease, not even needing to post of with the handspring. It's a different beast.

Except for the giant springs under the ring mat that make it bounce. Goldberg might as well be on a trampoline.

No. Turnbuckles have way more elasticity. Keep deluding yourself. Plus the air time off of a turnbuckle.

Goldberg's standing backflip is way more demanding athletically, agility-wise, and power-wise.

The ropes are not a stable surface and require a greater amount of balance and control. Goldberg's trampoline backflip from the mat is not impressive.

Go to a local wrestling circuit and you'll see it plenty.
Who?
I go to Indy wrestling all the time and watch almost every promotion around, can't think of any guys Brock's size that can do a Shooting Star Press so who are all these guys that can do it?
