[Flemmy Stardust]

Tonight was already the 4th episode, but there hasn't been a thread on this i don't think.

If you saw the s6 finale, you know that they brought back 8 of the better artists from past seasons to go against some new blood.

Those artist are:

St. Marq (s6)
Cleen Rock One (s5)
Sausage (s4)
Matti Hixson (s4)
Jime Litwalk (s3)
Sarah Miller (s2)
Jesse Smith (s2)
James Vaughn (s1)

Among the new blood we have 5 cans and 3 guys that might make it further than a couple of vets.



It's structured a bit differently. A new vet enters the competition every episode, so there's only 9 artists competing in each elimination challenge. As it stands, 4 vets have entered (St. Marq, Cleen, Sausage, and Matti), and 4 noobs have been sent packing.

There's one more softball elimination before it starts getting really interesting.

The cast if noobs is horrible. Christ. This show should be ashamed of who they let ruin people's body.

Having said that, the vets were all some pretty good tattoo artists. I would go to sausage irl if I ever thought of getting another. Or the one time winner, Steve

My guess is the final 3 will be Cleen, Jime, and then either Sausage or James Vaughn.

If you're not kidding yourself, you might want to go make an appointment with Sausage or Tefft now. There's no doubt their waiting lists are a couple years long.

I watch on Hulu, and so I'm just on episode 2. The redhead and face tattoo guy seem good. Marq was a one trick pony. Those birds were dope though.

To be completely honest, I hate the two I have, and would probably not pursue another on seriously.

Yeah Marq's stained glass birds was one of my favorite tattoos from any season.

The other black noob has been getting a ton of props from the judges. He's surpassed the girl, but those are the only 3 new artists that have been worth anything.

Me too. In general, i prefer reality tv, but this show is so dope. I just kind of wish they didn't let bad canvases on. It's kind of bull when the canvas doesn't even want anything that fits the challenge and some artist gets fucked.

The quality of the new artists this season is actually pretty good. They would have lasted until the end in earlier seasonas. Cleen, Sausage and Jime are the obvious guys you'd think would make the finale, but Anthony seems to be doing great despite only tattooing three years.

They did a xmas special with Tatu Baby, Sausage, Litwalk, and James Vaughn. Sausage got beat out by Litwalk and Vaughn, so it wouldn't shock me if Sausage gets bumped off before the finale.

I think the girl and dork with glasses go the next two weeks, and then it's gonna be extremely competitive. But i fully expect it to be a Litwalk/Cleen showdown at the end. They already kind of set it up in the last episode.

I didn't see the Christmas special. Sausage is a good tattoo artist though. After the guy with the glasses and the chick are gone -- I agree with you -- it's going to be very, very competitive. In reality, some good guys could get knocked off with some really bad canvases or skull picks. I enjoy the show and this type of art when done well.
