Ink Master fans: Thoughts on Oliver Peck situation?

So it appears long time judge Oliver Peck is done with Ink master due to past photos of himself in blackface have resurfaced.

I guess they parted way mutually but let's not kid ourselves he was "nicely fired"

Peck looks the part, like the kind of guy who doesn't listen to hip-hop and rides a Harley like an asshole and likes to blast ICP on full volume from his truck.

Literally any Huckleberry Hound impersonator could cut it. And this coming from a place of love; I got to assign the name of my television and it's Thuper Thmooth Thuper Clean because of Oliver Peck. Plus, I'm not too bothered by shock humor, and Oliver was pretty eh pretty pretty bold with some of his costumes.

Americans like to harp of freedom of speech but for some reason forget what it means to be polite. Living in a society and being on a television show is the same as going to someone's house. We're all governed by what we all know are house rules. If the rule is you take off your shoes at someone's home, you either leave or you take off your shoes; you don't insist on wearing your shoes because of something you read when you were a kid once. That's being a sorry ass guest.

Sometimes shit is not up to you and you only got to sit there because someone let you be there. Now you did something that made that difficult. Go ahead and blame society, the very entity providing you that platform.

Yeah pretty unfortunate situation, the pics were pretty bad. I don't think he has been replaced yet at least no announcement. Everything is on hold due to the pandemic. I read recently that they did order season 14. They ended up cancelling the season 13 finale. Sucks for the the three finalist that made it. There was some big thing on reddit were fans were wanting Tommy Helm ( season one) to be the guy to replace Oliver.

Well let’s talk facts here. The dude is on a tattoo show, not a whole some family sitcom. The basketball one can be forgiven, you can’t be Magic Johnson as a white guy. But the Super N costume is beyond poor judgement, Bye Felicia.
 
No loss for me personally. Somehow his face was irritating as fuck, with that perpetually smug look and stupid toothpick in his mouth.

Yeah that really sucks. Hopefully if this ever sorts itself out they can come back.

Friend of mine's just had a big arm piece done behind closed doors because he's friends with the guy but it's not really ideal.

I always thought he was too cool for everything but I enjoyed the show. Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon had to part ways with their show also?
