I mean Cain was coming off an injury and was a year gone, you do have to wonder how much of the KO was partially due to ring rust.

Prime Cain might have been the best heavyweight I've ever seen but unfortunately we didn't see enough of him and he kept fighting the same people so it can't be proven. Not sure if we'll even see Cain fight again at this point and he was looking a fair bit older in the last footage I saw of him. No way to tell where he's at now.
