Inspired by a post about fat goof / Aspinall situation I'm making this thread.

I know it will be light considering other people situations but it still is something that angers me.

Few years ago I found myself in a streetfight with a buddy and a bunch of young shitheads. Being more than drunk gravity was my main enemy and I ended up with a fucked shoulder and a handful of a jacket while they were fleeing like flies.

Buddy seeing me not on a good state called a taxi to gtfo.

Next morning, in a drunken stupor, I'm awaken by acute pain on my right shoulder. It doesn't feel right or aligned at all. I call screaming to my room mate only to see my yesterday buddy comming and slowly remembering the night before.

In a still drunk rambo moment I make him pull my arm on the good axis and clunk there it goes, the shoulder is back in place.

The next day, having some strange cracks and lingering pain I call the health services, telling the whole story, wich advise me to do a scan. I do a scan and they tell me that the bones are in place and to move my shoulder a lot so it gets better. I tell them that yes, the bones are in place cause we put them back there, they tell me that's not possible and to use it a lot

3 weeks of this and a house move later it only gets worse. I go see a doctor, wich leads me to an mri, wich leads me to this : "yeah, your shoulder have clearly been dislocated and you did good to act quick" " ok so what should I do ?" "You shouldn't have used this shoulder for three weeks"

The fucking rage I still have about those nurses that didn't listened to me one second and do the opposite of what I was supposed to do to heal is still there ...

yo that SUCKS

Buit yeah id be skeptical as fuck of them telling me to use it alot after it's JUST been damaged.

Your supposed to use it alot AFTER it fucking has had time to heal, which you dont do SHIT with it.

Urgent care is usually worthless in my experience. Lot of small joint damage just for them to say, "Its not broken, so you're ok" and no other intervention because they were diagnosing purely on pain levels, but I have a dangerously high pain tolerance. This happened to the point that I once went in with a toe injury and told the doctor 2 things: "I know it's not broken, but I want to know what kind of damage was done, which is hard to tell because of my high pain tolerance." So he wiggled my toe a bit and went, "Well, it's not broken, because that would have had you in a lot of pain."

So he showed not only he wasn't listening to what I said, but even if I was wrong, his plan was to put me in pain, I guess to prove me wrong or something? Idk. It was infuriating.

I had debilitating pain in my thigh once, and the guy at urgent care poked my hip so he could tell me it's not bursitis or whatever completely irrelevant shit he was looking for. I ended up having to strongly advocate for myself to 4 or 5 different medical professionals before the woman doing an ultrasound (after scanning me and giving me the all clear) was nice enough to say, "I always like asking patients to point to exactly where it hurts so I can check there for them" I guess for some piece of mind. So I pointed to a spot, and she checked it, paused and went "...huh" (which is always great to hear from your doctor/technician). And that was the first actual step to getting a growing, inflammation-causing mass in my thigh diagnosed.

Speaking of incompetent health workers I just saw a clown. Take a huge dump on a priest. He just frosted his face with diarrhea.
Then I saw a little person, take a poop on the hood of a Cadillac

Movement is alright
Just no lifting and shit
You probably moved house your self didn’t you
I’m not a doctor but I do know you can’t cure stupid
Should of consulted Dr Joe Rogan MD

More of a mayberries thread brah but I rmmbr one time I broke my humerus in a arm wrestling match and the doctor straight up armbar me to try and set the bone in place I tapped but he didn't care google said he definitely wasn't supposed to do that

Always depends on the injury. Not moving at all can also cause problems in the long run or prolong the recovery period, as injuries need adequate bloodflow to heal optimally, which movement promotes. Good rehab, fixing the reasons for the injury (if not accidental) and good stack of peptides will do wonders for most injuries.

I broke my big toe and the doctor put me on crutches. I thought that was a little extreme for a toe but I'm no doctor, so I did it.

And after weeks of walking on these damn crutches I went in for a follow up. Got a different doctor this time, and he said, "He told you to use crutches for THAT?" And said he would just told me to take it easy and not walk on it a ton.

Well... don't be a drunk tard.

Also what the fuck were you doing on the ground during a street fight?
