this is even better (for him).
He will fight Khabib, cash in that russian money and leave again.

If he wins, his nutsuckers will claim that Khabib was the uncrowned champion.
If he loses, he is still the champ because he didn't fight Tony to unify the belt, so that didn't count (much like losing to DIas did not count against him getting a title shot).
