Personally I would like:
+Bring back the old tournament format.. Several fights per night, like they had in Ufc, Pride and Glory..
+Live performances on, On one or two fights per numbered event.
+More frequent European and Asian fight nights.
+Arrange "loser leaves town" or "winner gets signed" fights, and market them as such.
+Less fighters, we only need top 20 in every division

-Reebok was an awful change, i liked the custom shorts and shirts better..

What changes would you want to see in the UFC ?

It is about time they gave Dana a nice wig.

-of course do something about reebok
-more restrictions on severe weight cutting
-reserve fighters for major fights in case of injuries
-end of the year bonus checks for fighters that compete 3 or more times

Media isn't allowed to ask Dana any questions at post-fight pressers and Dana's not allowed to answer for fighters.

-If we're gonna have uni's, could we see matching colored gloves?

-Ban oblique kicks

Good call. It'd be nice to have a fighter/s on reserve so they can prepare and it won't be any more of this 1 week notice BS.

Do this shit for the title fights and we done

Live performcances are a no go.

UfC 189 took a huge hit by arranging that. Too much money.

Remove the UFC athlete code of conduct policy. Athletes and UFC management get to praise or bash themselves, their families, media members, fans, UFC, UFC sponsors, leaders of nations, socially disadvantaged minorities, historical figures or historical events without facing any consequences from the UFC. Let them use the N word, F word, C word K word S word, G word, H word and whatever other offensive words they want to use. This has always been my no.1 wish.

How awesome was Dana like this?

-no jumping weight classes that you've never fought in within the UFC and have immediate title shots
-a true ranking system
-bring back indivdual sponsorship for fighters
-stop the insanity with interim titles
-make a set of rules that allow fighters to pick their refs for the fights
-replace Face The Pain intro
-bring back the woman that they had in the cage that always stared at guys' junk in cage
-bring back Stitch

- Tournaments were entertaining in Pride but it also puts more wear and tear on fighters. I also think it would have problems being sanctioned my athletic commissions.
- Better more entertaining walkouts like boxing would be nice I think
- Yea but its all about money, UFC is not going to over promote for the sake of doing shows when they are not making that much money doing more cards.
- Loser leaves town is to WWE. It's childish.
- Yes and no. They could have kept the Strikeforce brand and done it where the top 20 fighters were in the UFC and Strikeforce was a talent scouting show.
- same as 3rd response
- Yep the FORMAT of the current reebok deal is bad. If it was structured differently it would be much better. Eg Allow 1 co-sponsor on the Reebok shorts 1 Co-sponsor on the Reebok walkout gear. And another sponsor on a fighter hat, It would be a much better deal. The uniform would still be Reebok, so would the fight gear but it would be more like football (soccer) where players can where whatever boot brand they like depiste the team jersey being sponsored by another brand as well club jersey's have a major non sporting sponsor on them.

Smaller octagon
Cut wmma. 125/135 mens division
And actually sign fighters who have actually achieved something in mma

SAGE

Reebok uniforms are stupid. No going back since Dana gets a fat check from Reebok. Remove Heel hooks. Open weight classes for events in Asia.
