This is the shit she spews. She also was part of losing Amazon coming to NY losing thousands of jobs. She had no idea the difference between tax incentives vs money already in the coffers. She literally thought instead of giving Amazon tax breaks, use the money for teachers and poor people. What money you stupid idiot? You aren’t giving Amazon money......you can’t make this shit up.

You see, there's a lot of overreaction towards stuff that she didn't really say. The whole "chambers of government" thing is manufactured outrage over the fact that she said the Dems had to take back the House, the Senate and the presidency. So she misnomered the thing she was talking about. Big whoop. In the end you know what she was saying (take back elected positions) and you know what she wasn't talking about (branches of government, checks and balances, etc).

As for basic econ, she's just for more spending, i.e. she thinks the tradeoff for aggressive fiscal policy (focused on "entitlements") is positive. Some think like her, others think otherwise. You haven't actually pointed to anything that indicates a lack of understanding of "basic economics".

I already did provide an example of her not understanding the difference between an incentive and true money available. I’m not going to google all of her blunders to prove a point you have no shot of refuting. It’s daily. She constantly quotes fiscal numbers that aren’t even in the ballpark of reality because she doesn’t understand how budgets and allocations work. She considers herself a progressive socialist, and whether you agree with those policies or not doesn’t change the fact that she isn’t smart.
