I am pumped for this fight tonight. I would have preferred the RDA/McGregor matchup, but this comes a close second. It's hard to discount how much attention Conor McGregor has brought to MMA over the past few years. I am definitely a fan. He has an infectious personality and has used it to market himself perfectly. However, as a fan of fighting, it's damn nearly impossible to not like the Diaz brothers. They are always in shape and have a warriors mentality. I dig the whole flipping people off/gangster mentality of the Diaz bros, because they view this as a fight.. not an event like Conor does.
The eyes of MMA are on Conor, but i'm having a hard time rooting against Nate Diaz.
If this fight were against anyone besides Mystic Mac, I would be rooting for Nate.
Hopefully this will be a war and both fighters will be able to claim a sort of victory.

I haven't rooted for one of the Diaz brothers in a long time, but I can stand Conor even less.
 
I like them both.
I find them entertaining in and out of the cage.
I bet if one knew them personally, they would be cool to hang out with.
I have to root for Nate though, just because Conor's fanboys annoy me more.

Been enjoying Nate's fights for years. Conor is still new to the scene. Nate is also a heavy underdog. I always root for the underdog when I don't favor one fighter over the other. Therefore, I want Nate t drop a sub on Conor - and maybe celebrate while doing it.

Nevertheless, however this fight concludes,I will likely be pleased.
 
Same here.

I sympathise with Nate more after all the trash talk between them. Despite Nate firing a couple of good verbal shots... it´s been a slaughter from McGregor. He´s on another level trash-talking and his more articulate than Nate. I kinda feel bad for him sometimes (CNBC Interview).

If Conor wins I´m happy
If Nate wins (I´m not ruling that outcome as drastically as others) I won´t be that upset, I´ll even be happy for him.

It´s a win-win situation for me, as a MMA fan in general, an Conor follower in particular.
 
I hate Nick but not Nate. Nick goes way too far with his antics to be likable and I think he rubs off on Nate.
 
Where are the cliffs? So disappointed...
 
I'm in the same position. I dont want either guy to lose. And I can't cheer against either guy. I haven't felt this way since BJ Vs Nick.
 
I would like to also add that I had no problem rooting against Aldo. The lead up and finish of that fight was perfect!
I don't want to see Nate get blowed out in 13 seconds!
 
Overall I like them both. However I'm rooting for Nate because I'm curious to see what happens if Conor loses and it'd be cool if Nate can pull off the upset on 10 days notice.

If conor knocks nates ass out cold he will become even more legendary. Two week camp one day camp it's never been done before.
