Feels pretty thin. An anonymous tip that went unsubstantiated? A cop thought he saw what could have been quick drying cement on a cup?

No physical evidence collected. IE: if a cup is thrown then it landed somewhere near a victim it would be full of cement. there would be bits and chunks of the stuff where ever someone threw it, or cup shaped bricks if they were pre mixed. If it hasn’t set all the way in the cup then it would be on the ground and we’d see streaks of cement on top of the concrete where ever it landed. There would be styrofoam cups cemented to the sidewalk where they landed.

It's company website is dead. There's been no activity online for 4-5 years.

Investors in the business sued for fraud... then were paid off. With what money?

So how is the winery worth $5 million to these two? That would mean the winery itself is worth much more than that. Yet there appears to be no company or one that went out of business years ago.

And Ilhan's husband's Venture Capital group, Rose Lake, removed it's board of directors from its website when the probes started.
